Rates

Since every client has a unique position with distinctive needs, we naturally require some information about you and your business before we can give an accurate quote for our web development services.

However, we understand that you probably want to know about the bottom line up front. In addition to providing you with a quote tailored to suit your needs and those of your business, we provide the following rate information to give you a feel for what our solutions will cost.

To give customers the most flexibility, we accept payment by check, money order, major credit card, PayPal, and Google Checkout. Pricing may not include: applicable taxes, photography, scanning, copywriting, shipping, registration fees, color proofs or hosting fees. We also offer payment plan options (see below).

Estimated Costs (by project type)

Complete Basic Website — $1000 – $5000
This cost includes basic search engine optimization, domain registration, web hosting, site design, programming, and deployment. Price is dependent on the scope and amount of content that needs to be generated.

Database-driven Website with Content Management — $2000 – $9000
Content Management means you are empowered with the ability to update your own website. Several options are available depending on organizational need. Please contact us for a quote.

Custom Web Applications — $1000 and up
Mindshare Studios can develop and design custom rich internet applications for your business. For an example, see Mindshare Presenter, an online presentation delivery system we developed for sale on our product site, Mindshare Software.

Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Marketing — $750 / month and up
Mindshare Studios provides targeted Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services to boost and maintain web search rankings. We can also help you build an effective online marketing campaign to drive up qualified web traffic and increase online sales.

Standard hourly rate — $75.00
Design, routine website updates / maintenance, programming, Flash development, consulting, or on-site training (may not include travel expenses). Billed in 15 minutes increments.

Email Marketing / HTML Email Blasts — see pricing
No monthly contract. HTML email blast campaigns are billed using non-expiring send credits. Pricing and details »

Non-profit Discounts

We offer significant non-profit discounts for most eligible 501(c)(3) not for profit organizations. We will grant most non-profit agencies a flat 20% discount. We can sometimes offer even greater discounts or perform certain aspects of a project “pro bono” depending on client need and our current work load. Mindshare Studios welcomes the opportunity to partner with socially engaged organizations. Eligibility is dependent on our current workload. Discounts do not apply to “rush” jobs.

Payment Plans

Website Payment Plans — $200/month
We understand the risk and cost associated with starting a new business. To help you make the transition Mindshare Studios offers installment payments through PayPal. Some details and restrictions:

• Monthly payment amount is $200
• Payments are setup on a time-limited recurring PayPal subscription (PayPal account is required)
• The website must be hosted though Mindshare Studios
• The estimated cost for the website must be less than $3000
• No credit check necessary
• A five percent convenience fee will added to the project
